Relatives and friends yesterday said an emotional farewell to three-year-old Ewan Monroe and one-year-old Isaiah Monroe, who perished after their small Hadfield Street abode went up in flames.
The children were laid to rest in Le Repentir Cemetery, after a service at the Lyken Funeral Home.
Among those present was their 22-year-old mother, Anita Ramdeo.
Reports indicate that the children were caught in a fire after a flambeau was left burning while they were home alone.
An autopsy revealed that they died from smoke inhalation and burns.
