It is not by accident that this is the time when traveling on the waterways could be problematic because the elements have combined to produce conditions that are far from normal.
The high tides often attract indiscriminate action on the part of some and this time would be no different. A swimming outing would end in disaster. However, the normal boating events at this time of the year would pose nothing out of the ordinary except that those who seek to capitalize on the event would take unnecessary risks, causing thrills.

Another fire is in the wings waiting to burst into the open when through a problem with the company that supplies electricity. The head of the household would be away and the children in the home are going to experiment.
Neighbours would avert disaster and there would be the usual blame on the power company.

And some errant motorists would throw caution to the winds during a return trip largely because of the alcohol.
There will be finger-pointing and threats, all of which would be of no interest to the police because one of them would be closely associated with one of the drivers.
In the end unnecessary money will be spent and the hospitals would be put under pressure.
