Digicel, has introduced what it considers a new affordable and convenient alternative to pre-paid services. Pre-paid Bundles gives Digicel customers the option of choosing a convenient package of prepaid credit. This grants them access to cost-cutting options that include rates as low as $18 per minute on calls to any local number— mobile or landline — day or night.
In addition, subscribers to the new “Prepaid Bundle” service will have the ability to send free SMS.
Digicel Head of Marketing, Donovan White, said that “the product is part of Digicel’s ongoing initiative to provide products and services which are of significant quality and affordability, to all Guyanese. He noted that they are also well aware that their customers are demanding convenience.
The prepaid bundles are smartly packaged plans which allow Digicel customers to get the all-round affordability of postpaid with the expenditure control of prepaid. They just top-up and select the plan than suits them at their convenience.
For as low as $1,200, Digicel customers can optimize the ease of utilising prepaid credit and gain the ability to call any network, mobile or landline at one low rate, day or night.
White added that “these packages are not only convenient, but were designed to fit any pocket. The bundles plans range from $1,200 to $9,000. The wide selection, he said, allows their prepaid customers to choose the bundle that most suits their budget and usage.
He concluded, “Digicel anticipates that many of their prepaid customers will utilise prepaid bundles, since with today’s busy lifestyle, not everyone has the time to “top up” regularly. With Prepaid Bundles, customers need to only dial *134# to select the plan that suits them.
“Digicel remains committed to offering unique services that optimize convenience and affordability for customers.”
