M. Beepat and Sons, the local distributors of Milo has handed over a number of footballs to the organisers of the Milo under-21 league which has reached the semi-final stage.
Each club that has participated in the tournament which commenced last year and was contested using the round-robin format in the first instance with eight teams advancing to the quarter-finals, received balls.
Additionally, the eight teams reaching the quarter-finals were presented with 2 more while the final four teams will be rewarded with 4 each, according to Operations Manager of the GFA, Lyall Gittens.
Gittens said they were very happy with the donation from sponsors Beepat and Sons which will further enhance the development of the teams and the game in the city.
