Police are continuing their investigations into a series of attempted robberies which have been occurring at the Suddie Post Office recently.
The first attempted robbery occurred in January and the most recent one occurred just recently.
According to investigations, the felons gained entry by removing a floor board from the office, before entering and ransacking mails and other important documents.
Although nothing was found missing, postal workers are not comfortable since there is no security stationed at the building.
When this newspaper visited the post office on Thursday, the person in charge was not too inclined to comment. She, however, voiced her frustration and concern about another break-in that occurred over the Mashramani weekend. It was discovered on February 25 when workers resumed duties.
They noticed the impression of a cut on the grill-work that provided protection for the safe.
