Law enforcement officers across Southeast Texas are helping the U.S. Marshal’s Service locate a Guyanese man wanted for fraud.
Marshals are searching for James Ragnauth, 50. Ragnauth is said to be 5′ 6″ tall, and weighing approximately 240 lbs. He speaks with a slight accent.
Police say he is actively evading authorities.
They are offering a cash reward leading to the arrest of Ragnauth.
