The 13-year-old who was placed into police custody pending probation will spend another four years of his youth at the New Opportunity Corps.
The Richmond teenager was charged indictably with the offence of break and enter and larceny. To that offence he pleaded guilty.
On January, 16 last at Richmond Village, the juvenile broke and entered the house of Reshena and stole kerosene oil, one tin Carnation milk, a pair of sneakers, shampoo, a knife, deodorant, one short pants, Vaseline, sweet peas, tuna, and a pair of slippers.
