Dear Editor
I refer to an article in the Thursday 22nd issue of the Chronicle headlined “Time for new leadership in cricket” and wish to inform the Sports enthusiast who signed the article that Mr. Bish Panday, whose plans and visions he seems to know a great deal about and who has been part and parcel of the GCB’s leadership for over twenty years, reposing in the powerful position of secretary for most of that time, but never presented such plans or visions for the Board he was serving.
So if the present situation requires a change in leadership, I feel our change must include Mr. Panday as well for his contribution to the present decay in cricket.
Mr. M. Vanderstoop
