The Consular Section of the Embassy of the United States of America, Georgetown, Guyana will be closed to the public for the entire day on January 23, next.
It will reopen and resume services on Monday, January 26.
In a statement announcing the closure, the embassy indicated that in the case of a genuine emergency, American citizens may call the duty officer at 592-623-1992.
