The first witness is expected to take the stand today in the trial of murder accused Clive Gall who was yesterday arraigned in the High Court.
Gall is charged with the June 21, 2007 killing of Clive Gall Jr.
The matter came up for the first time yesterday in the High Court and is being heard by Justice Winston Patterson.
Gall is being represented by Attorney-at-Law Peter Hugh and appearing on behalf of the state are Dianna Boyan and Kara Duff-Yehudah.
The jury was selected yesterday and Gall was read the charge to which he pleaded not guilty.
The matter has been adjourned until today.
