Dear Editor,
Replying to the caption stating that Capleton has been banned from Guyana on Thursday 18th December, 2008, I, the promoter of the Purification show, declare that the show featuring Capleton and fellow Jamaican artistes, set for 3rd January, 2009, has definitely not been cancelled or banned by the Home Affairs Ministry.
SASOD, along with us, the promoters and/or production team, are diligently discussing the public’s concerns, so as to ensure that the show will be void of violence.
The show remains set for 3rd January, 2009. Capleton, Queen Ifrica and Natural Black will be there to present a phenomenal performance.
