The Everest Cricket Club ground will be set ablaze with cycling come Friday evening when a 16-race meeting organised by National Coach Hassan Mohamed and sponsored by Geddes Grant under their Cadbury Chocolate brand comes off after being postponed on October 31.
Cycling fans too, can look forward to some exciting races as the top riders in the land will be battling each other.
Races for riders in all categories have been scheduled, juniors/juveniles, BMX boys and girls, veterans under and over 50, upright along with category 1, 2, 3 and 4.
Expected to be keen races are the devil takes the hindmost and the open 30-lap feature which will be opened to all racing cyclists.
For the first time at a cycling meet, the BMX riders (boys & girls) will compete in a devil takes the hindmost race.
Race time on Friday is 18:00hrs.
