At this time when replacement costs are so exorbitant, people will be pushed to the level of insanity.

A freak accident will leave a lot of damage in its wake. A speeding car is going to plough into a crowd and hurt many people. The driver would not heed the maxim of being sober when driving so the people are going to get angry.
The unfortunate thing is that victims do not seek to visit errant drivers with the maximum that one could get in the courts.

Another millionaire is about to be crowned. The winning lottery ticket is going to be bought and smiles would abound.

A gunman is going to attack what he thinks is an easy target. He is going to hurt some people but he would be hurt in return. The vision is not too clear but there hovers a dark cloud which suggests that death may be lurking around this gunman.
