DEAR EDITOR,
I have engaged Mr. Robin Williams sufficiently to conclude that our approaches to some objective(s) are akin to using different modes of transportation or different routes to the same destination.
And, my brother, I am familiar with the tenets and indeed limited practice in Guyana, of Umoja, Kuyichagulia and Ujima and I am very happy that you adverted to them.
We need to educate our younger ones on these pillars of our civilization and perhaps your virtues in these areas may produce greater “community consciousness” if it is promoted “live” in our communities, instead of at seasonal exposes.
