DEAR EDITOR,
As much as senior citizen Noelina Medor’s condition may be considered frail, it was indeed a relief to learn, via the media, about her recovery over the last few days, and there wouldn’t be a happier moment of unity with her immediately family members from overseas, whenever that might be.
Though these cases or situations are deemed private arrangements, it would not be a bad idea for the Ministry of Human Services to extend its services in some way by encouraging persons to network with its office whenever such an arrangement is in effect.
It’s basically to implement a database and have bio-data information of caretakers and locations of residences, so that we can make it much easier to help locating someone through data of the caretaker/s.
