The Guyana Lawn Tennis Association will stage a preliminary meeting and workshop on Saturday 27th September at the National Park Tennis Courts at 4:00pm.
The event will target all primary school Physical Education (PE) teachers who are involved with the primary schools mini-tennis programme.
This meeting will be used to plan for the distribution of new equipment received and to schedule the 2008 Mini-Tennis Inter-School Festival.
The GLTA is asking for the PE teachers from the following schools to ensure that their school is represented: Comenius Primary, East La Penitence Primary, Enterprise Primary, F.E. Pollard Primary, J.E. Burnham Primary, Ketley Primary, North Georgetown Primary, Rama Krishna Primary, Sacred Heart Primary, Smith Memorial Primary, St. Agnes Primary, St. Ambrose Primary, St. Andrew’s Primary, St. Angela’s Primary, St. Gabriel’s Primary, St. Margaret’s Primary, St. Pius Primary, St. Stephen’s Primary, Thomas Moore Primary, Tucville Primary, West Ruimveldt Primary, Winfer Gardens Primary, Mae’s Under 12, Marian Academy, School of the Nations.
