Today the Floodlights A & B teams will be travelling to Helena Cricket Ground in Mahaica to play two 25 overs softball matches in aid of Helena #1 Vishnu Mandir.
The first match will start at 10:00am between Floodlights A and a Rohan Auto Spares select squad and the second game will see Floodlights B against Helena Sports Club.
All trophies for both games are being sponsored by Rohan Boojraj, Managing Director of Rohan Auto Spares of Mahaica. Admission at the gate is $100, while refreshment and entertainment have been promised.
The Teams – Floodlights A squad: Bedi Ramjewan (Captain), Sase Sankar, Govardhan Arjune, Steve Narine, Raj Boodhoo, Ramesh Sunich, Sham Nokta, Abas Farouk, Vinoo Sawh, Kamal Seebaran, Ramchand Ragbeer, Rahaman Khan, Ricky Deonarain, Lalta Gainda, Mark Singh.
Floodlights B Squad: Reaz Hussain (Captain), Mikes Singh, Fidel Singh, Ramesh Ramsaroop, Kamil Khan, Mohan Sukhoo, Ramjit Singh, Rajin Mohammed, Randy Ketwaroo, Dindial Lakhan, Mark Fung, Rajesh Singh, Ravi Ramnauth, Mark Harold.
Helena Sports Club squad: Jagdesh Persaud (Captain), Deochand Budhram, Nandalall Chand, Kumar Chand, Lakeram Seeram, Dinesh Doodnauth, Kamal Persaud, Herman Persaud, Mottie Chumandal, Steve Chand, Naresh Deonauth, Royden Wilson, Mukesh Ram, Navindra Sawh.
