Rain had the final say in zone B as the third round of the Essequibo Busta 50 overs Cricket Festival was completely washed out without a ball being bowled.
Both venues were water logged and umpires called off play just after lunch. Leguan were scheduled to take on Bartica in Leguan and host Wakenaam were scheduled to play East Bank Essequibo.
The following are the points standing after the third and final preliminary round of matches in zone B of the competition.
Wakenaam and Bartica have qualified to play in the semi-finals which are scheduled to play on the Essequibo Coast next weekend against the two top zone A teams.
