In the story headlined ‘Cush, Chanderpaul and Sarwan in Stanford Superstars 20/20 squad’ published in yesterday’s Kaieteur Sports, it was stated that “the 33-year-old Cush is the oldest member of the side and could play a key role with his ‘tight’ off-spin..…”
The words ‘which participated in the camp’ were inadvertently deleted and we would like to apologize to Cush since fellow Guyanese Shivnarine Chanderpaul who is a member of the team but did not participate in the camp is a year older than Cush.
The sentence should have read ‘the 33-year-old Cush is the oldest member of the side which participated in the camp and could play a key role with his ‘tight’ off-spin……’
