Guyana will be the host of the annual Goodwill Swimming Championships, which includes junior swimmers from Suriname and Trinidad and Tobago.
The event gets underway on Friday at the Castellani Pool on Homestretch Avenue and the Guyana Amateur Swimming Association has selected a group of talented youngsters to challenge their regional counterparts.
Over the next few days, Kaieteur Sport will highlight those youngsters who will seek to do their country proud. We also offer them best wishes and the hope that we will have the pleasure of printing glowing reports on their outstanding performances.
