DEAR EDITOR,
As an update, I wish to commend GT&T for promptly responding to my concerns.
Following the visit of a technician, the issue relating to the phone cards was rectified, though the distortion of received or dialed calls still exists.
I was informed, however, that this is a system defect which is being examined.
I applaud the swift response and look forward to being anything but a petulant customer of GT&T.
