Three teams, Rocky XI, Trophy Stall XI and Dare Devil XI recorded comfortable victories in recent matches in the Guyana Softball League organised, Banks DIH sponsored 15-over cricket competition played at several venues.

At Den Amstel Ground:
Rocky XI defeated Cornelia Ida Invaders XI by 73 runs: Rocky XI won the toss and elected to bat amassing 130-9 in 15 overs (Azad Azeez 23 (3×6); Dindial Keyial 23 (2×6); Vinod Ghansham 3-9 from 3 overs; Narendra Dhanpat 2-8 from 3 overs; Reyad Misir 2-19 from 3 overs).
Cornelia Ida Invaders XI in reply were bundled out for a paltry 57 in 10.1 overs (Khemraj Ramsundar 28 not out (3×6); Dindial Keyial 3-20 from 3 overs; Azad Azeez 3-22 from 3 overs).
At Everest Ground:
Trophy Stall XI defeated Industry Front XI by a comfortable margin of 85 runs: Trophy Stall batted first scoring 168-7 from 15 overs (Mark Harold 37 (4×6); Fazal Mohamed 30 (3×6); Ryan Ramotar 3-40 from 3 overs). In reply Industry Front XI made 73 all out in 12.5 overs (Nazim Khan 16 (2×6); Ravi Ramnauth 3-8 from 3 overs; Fazal Mohamed 3-3 from 3 overs).
Industry Front made it two losses in a row when they were beaten by Tradesmen XI by 4 wickets: Industry Front XI were inserted and made 87 all out in 13.1 overs (Ryan Ramotar 17 (2×6); Nazim Khan 17 (2×6; 1×4); Raj Premraj 3-9 from 3 overs; Chris Ramnarine 3-14 from 3 overs). Tradesmen hit off the runs for the loss of six wickets.
At Providence Ground Pitch # 1:
Street Boys XI defeated Michael XI by 6 wickets: Michael XI batted first and could only muster 38 in 5.5 overs (Suraj Samaroo 10 (1×4); Wahid Mohamed 5-15 from 3 overs). Street boys XI made 40-4 from 6 overs (John Singh 13 not out (1×6; 1×4); Anil Boodhoo 1-7 from 3 overs).
La Jalousie Estate XI defeated Street boys XI (in their second match) by 25 runs:
La Jalousie Estate XI batted first and scored 130 all out in 14 overs (Dhaniram Boodhoo 24 (3×6); Dhanpaul Dhanraj 22 (2×6); Mahendra Sewmangal 4-19 from 3 overs; Chris Shaw 2-25 from 3 overs). Eccles Sports Club defeated Michael XI (in their first match) by 14 runs: Eccles Sports Club batted first and scored 123 all out in their 15 overs (Manichand Roy 34 (3×6); Suraj Samaroo 3-21 from 3 overs). In reply Michael XI could only reach 109 all out from 13.1 overs (Deokarran Kumar 18 (2×6); Manichand Roy 2-20).
Players XI defeated Dare Devils XI by 9 wickets: Dare Devil XI took first strike and scored 57 all out in 9 overs (Terry Jones 14 (2×6); Ricardo Kedum 3-14 from 3 overs). Players XI made 60-1 in 5 overs (Ray Richards 26 (3×6); Hussain Bacchus 20 not out (3×6).
Skyline XI defeated Dare Devils XI (in their second match) by 11 runs: Skyline XI batted first and scored 171-3 from 15 overs (Elroy Azeez 59 (5×6; 2×4); Ramnarine Rajkumar 41 (3×6; 3×4); Rudolph Persaud 2-27 from 3 overs). In reply Dare Devils XI made a valiant effort but fell short being all out for 160 in 15 overs (Rajendra Budram 59 (4×6; 3×4); Harry Singh 3-40 from 3 overs).
