A school child is going to be involved in an accident because she will happen to be on the streets pursuing an errand when a speeding motorist will come into contact with her.
The motorist will flee the scene but good police work will lead to his apprehension. The parents of the child will attempt to attack him although he is in police custody and despite the anguish, the police will be forced to take action in the form of prosecution.
