The Guyana Cricket Board (GCB) has announced their squad along with standbys to contest the upcoming Senior Regional Women’s Cricket Tournament to be held in Jamaica from August 3 -16.
The side is led by Zaheeda Samdally with Abena Parker as her deputy.
The players along with the standbys are required to report to the GCB Hostel, Third Street Alberttown today for encampment until July 28. All players are also asked to bring along their passport.
The full squad: Zaheeda Samdally (Capt.), Abena Parker (Vice Capt), Shemaine Campbell, Darlene Gale, Tremayne Smartt, Marina Bridgemohan, Tracy Miller, Olivia O’Selmo, Devanie Sewnarine, Joann Van Sertima, Sabrina Munroe, Erva Giddings and Wazeeda Bacchus.
The standbys are: Victoria Bacchus, Prudence Williams, Kumarie Persaud, Nikita Toney and Anjanie Lalbachan. Mayleen Ramdular is the Manager and Michael Hyles Coach.
