Following a series of trial matches against Association teams the GFF yesterday released the names of 24 players who will commence training tomorrow for possible selection to the National U-16 team to represent Guyana at the Caribbean Football Union (CFU) competition in Trinidad and Tobago from July 29 to August 11.
The squad, under the guidance of head coach Joseph Wilson will be encamped at the Palace De Leon Suits, Public Road Kitty from today.
Training sessions will kick off tomorrow at the Carifesta Sports Complex, Thomas Lands from 06:00 hrs. Sessions will be held twice daily.
The players from Bartica, Berbice and Linden are asked to be at the Palace De Leon for 17:00hrs this afternoon.
While those from Georgetown, West Demerara, East Coast and East Bank are to report for training tomorrow at the Carifesta Sports Complex at 06:00 hrs.
The entire squad is expected to fully encamp from Tuesday at the Diocesan Youth Centre, Subrayanville.
Wilson will be assisted by Gavin Brown and Sampson Gilbert. A manager is still to be appointed.

Goalkeepers; Jamal Gibbons (Upper Demerara), Alex Murray (Georgetown) and Navaldo Denny (East Coast).
Defenders; Les Charles Critchlow (East Coast), Kevin McCalman (Berbice), Treyon Hamilton (East Coast), Joshua Kamal (Georgetown), Oslin Robinson (Georgetown) and Gary Gillis (East Coast).
Midfielders; Jevon Gibson (East Coast), Jermain Batson (Upper Demerara), Eon Alleyne (Georgetown), William Europe (East Coast), Amos Ramsey (East Bank), Sachi Flemming (United Kingdom/West Demerara), Linden Benjamin (Berbice), Chavez Hendricks (East Coast) and Garson Baker (Berbice).
Forwards; King Archer (Berbice), Marko Marcus (Georgetown), Andel Norton (Bartica), Seon Bobb (West Demerara), Runnel Gordon (East Coast) and Ron Feidtkou (Upper Demerara).
