The Rastafari Patriarchs football team will be staging a Special All-day Masters football Festival on Sunday at the Tucville Community Ground.
The six participating teams are Carib Masters, GT All Stars, Pele, Santos, Western Tigers and host Patriarchs. Matches will be of two equal halves of twenty minutes each and the action is set to kick-off at 10:00hrs, with the final slated for 19:30hrs under lights.
The six teams will be divided into two groups in the Preliminary Round-robin stage. The winning side will cash in on $100,000 and a Trophy, while the losing finalist will receive a trophy and $50,000. In addition there will be trophies for the Best Goalkeeper, Top Goal-scorer, the Best Defender and the Tournament’s MVP.
Registration fee per side is $5,000 and closes today. The Patriarchs will also be offering a Special Father’s Day Lunch (Vegetarian) and a complimentary Juice at $500 each. The Lunch will be prepared and served at the Tucville ground between 11:30hrs and 13:30hrs.
The One-Day Tournament is being supported by Ansa McAl Trading Limited, Catch A Fire and King of Kings Organic Cuisine.
