The third Annual Table Tennis camp in Linden organised by the Linden Table Tennis Committee (LTTC) is set to start today and end on August 4 at the Mackenzie High School’s auditorium in Linden.
Three International Table Tennis Federation accredited coaches, Howard James, Maurice Cummings and Shavin Green will be conducting this year’s clinic, which is being staged under the theme ‘Building the Future’.
Green stated that the Ministry of education in Region Ten (Upper Demerara/ Berbice) and the National Sports Commission are in support of this year’s activity.
The camp will cater for children between the ages five and 16 years who are invited to attend the event which will be held Mondays to Fridays from 9.00hrs at 12.00hrs. The contact persons for the camp are coaches Shavin Green and Maurice Cummings.
