In recognition for his efforts at the recently concluded Caribbean Pre-Cadet Table Tennis Championships in Jamaica where he won the lone gold medal in the Under-11 department, Kaysan Ninvalle was given life membership to the Ramnaresh Sarwan owned Gym 53.

The former West Indies star batsman who recently opened the facility at Providence on the East Bank of Demerara, himself handed over the membership card to young Ninvalle, noting that fitness is very important to an athlete’s progress, having performed at the highest level himself. He read of the youngster’s achievements and thought it fit to aid and encourage him in his sporting life and hopes that the use of the facility will help mold him into a better sportsman over the coming years. Ronnie, as he is popularly known, promised to be a second father to young Ninvalle in the gym.
Kaysan Ninvale thanked the former West Indies star for his generosity and encouragement and stated that to be a top class athlete this type of facility is needed to hone your skills and stamina. Ninvalle was accompanied by Guyana Table Tennis Association executive Godfrey Munroe.
This is another in a series of accolades doled out on the youngster, known for his tenaciousness and fighting spirit. Gizmos and Gadgets, Dexter ‘Bushman’ Garnett and Colours Boutique and Chase Academy have all recognised his efforts. These accolades should serve as motivation for Ninvalle and the many other young athletes across the various sports to perform at the highest level.
