Dear Editor,
It seems ironic that at a time when there is much celebration at the Guyana Telephone and Telegraph Company, in light of its recent rebranding efforts, that I have been plagued for about two weeks now with no landline telephone service. This was reported with reference number 1726562 being provided by the representative. Several calls later to the 0488 and 0907 numbers ended with a promise by the officials at that company to ‘look into the matter’.
As a subscriber to several of GTT’s services, I would only trust that the company would ‘Do more’ to restore my telephone service.
