De election fever heating up; dem party presenting manifesto which is really a list like when people going to de shop.
De list got wha dem planning to do but it ain’t saying when dem gun do it.
De last elections had manifesto too and to dis day de party that win ain’t keep all dem promises. In fact, it ain’t keep none.
It do things wha every government had to do like build schools although de schools ain’t build till was election time.
It repair roads but again, is election road because de road does bruck up as soon as de election done. Dem clear some drain and then dem build de Hope Canal which ain’t done but which dem seh that it done.
However, de biggest shock dem boys get was when Brassington open de Marriott. Dem had big speech and red carpet.
Dem had wine and tour but dem boys notice that de elevator wasn’t going up to certain floor because it woulda mek de tourist dem shame. Nuff of de rooms ain’t finish.
De guest wha dem had mek de mistake fuh ask fuh de pool. De people run to Brassington who run to Donald fuh find out wha fuh tell de man.
Is when he come back and bow down to de man to apologise that de man realize that dem ain’t got no pool. Brassington tell de man that de pool ain’t finish.
De man den ask fuh a beach umbrella and a deck chair; de same Brassington tell de man that de beach ain’t finish.
Wha he didn’t tell de man that all dem truck load of sand that dem throw fuh mek a beach end up in de ocean. De high tide come and wash away de sand. De man ask fuh go pun de roof and dem tell he that it ain’t finish.
Brassington now telling de people who wukking pun de airport expansion fuh hold up because dem want more sand fuh mek another beach at de Marriott. Is shame pun shame.
To fool de public and mek dem believe that de Marriott functioning, de Pee Pee Pee go and launch de manifesto there again.
De only thing new was de Marriott because was de manifesto from de last election dem bring back. That is wha dem boys seh.
Talk half and hope that de Marriott ain’t another white elephant.
