The Guyana Telephone and Telegraph Company (GT&T) is promising crystal clear, reliable and cost effective connections, through its recently introduced Guyana Call Home card. The new and innovative feature which comes just in time for the holidays will allow Guyanese living in the United States of America (US) and Canada to stay in touch with their family and friends in Guyana.
Available at popular West Indian and convenience stores, the card is offered in two denominations; $5 which will provide 22 minutes of talk time and $10 which could see a single conversation lasting for as much as 50 minutes.
Of note, too, is the fact that GT&T will ensure that unused minutes are not lost but rather can be reused at another time to its fullest.
GT&T insists that “what you pay for is what you get” from the service which is being offered by the Guyana based company with IDT acting as the licensed international operator at the US end. This collaboration will ensure that all calls are routed directly to Guyana and are clear and reliable.
“No more not hearing the other person! No more getting through on dialing and then being charged for those attempts!” says GT&T.
The card has been hugely popular among resident Guyanese who wish to stay in touch with those back home while visiting/holidaying in North America. It can be utilized to call any number in Guyana.
