TNT of Georgetown emerged the winner of the Ivanoff Vodka National Domino Competition which ended on Sunday at the Demerara Cricket Club Pavilion.
In the final that also featured Frankies of West Bank Demerara and West Side of the West Coast of Demerara, TNT finished with 85 games to come home ahead of Frankies on 65 and West Side with 61.
For TNT, Michael Persaud and Kevin Boston scored 16 games apiece, while Dane Bynoe 15, Shawn Morgan 14, Mark Rodrigues 13 and Shawn St. John 11 completed their tally.
Clyde Henry with 14 games was the topscorer for Frankies, while Gerald Henry contributed 13, Godfrey Samuels 12, Faroud Bacchus and Terrence Boyce 10 each and James Mars 6, added to their total score.
For the cellar dwellers, Inshan was the principal contributor with 13 games, Ravin and Prem Persaud had 11 games apiece, Rakesh Ramnaresh 10, Marlon Prince 9 and Vijay Narine 7.
